Ninja Dodge is a mobile game developed for personal entertainment. You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent game mechanics or leaderboards through unauthorized scripts or software.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Play Games Services: For achievements and leaderboards.
• Google AdMob: For providing advertisements within the game.

Your use of these features is also subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All assets, including graphics, code, and the "Ninja Dodge" name, are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to play the game on your personal device.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that access will be continuous.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman.
